I develop and design engaging e-learning training solutions for adult learners that are research based and visually appealing. I am skilled in a wide variety of content development tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator. I use research driven methods including the ADDIE Model, Action Mapping, and the Kirkpatrick Model to design and evaluate meaningful learning experiences.
